Delivery and Shipping Policy

This document regulates the terms of delivery for orders placed on the "The Owl" website, hereinafter: ("the website")
Delivery method
• The website will ensure the delivery of orders placed on the website to the address entered during the purchase and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties when placing the order.
Distribution areas and delivery times in Israel
• Home delivery: Up to 5 business days, at a cost of 35 Shekels; in most cases, delivery is faster. It should be clarified that delivery to East Jerusalem and beyond the Green Line will be made where possible.
• Self-pickup: From the website's store, Menachem Begin 82, Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement and according to opening days/hours - free of charge.
• There is no minimum order amount on the website.
Business days
• Business days: Sunday–Thursday.
• Do not include: Public holidays, holiday eves, holidays, and Fridays–Saturdays.
• The day the order is placed is not counted as a business day.
An order placed after 17:00 will be considered as placed on the next business day.
Prices and shipping costs
Shipping costs may be updated from time to time; the binding price is the one displayed at checkout when placing the order.
Out of stock
• If a purchased item is out of stock, the website will notify the customer.
• If we are unable to make contact within a reasonable time, we will ship the remainder of the order without the missing item and credit/refund the difference accordingly.
Delivery coordination and re-delivery attempt
• Delivery will be coordinated in advance to the phone number provided in the order.
• If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned to the sender and will be resent after the customer pays additional shipping fees.
Delivery and access conditions
• Delivery will be made provided there is reasonable access to the delivery address.
• Delivery will be possible in the presence of an adult over 18 years of age with a valid ID.
• In an organization/institution/kibbutz/settlement that is not accessible without special permission and/or without an organized registration of streets and house numbers – delivery will be made to the central distribution point in that location.
Delays and non-delivery – Limitation of Liability
• Force majeure and/or events beyond the website's control
• Delays caused by courier companies and/or Israel Post
• Seasonal peak loads, holiday periods, especially November–December – internet holidays
• Closure of the economy and/or disruption of the website's/suppliers'/service providers' operations for any reason
Security directives
• Due to the security situation, there may be changes in delivery times and/or delivery capability in conflict zones, in accordance with Home Front Command directives.
• If the shipping company cannot carry out the delivery due to the security situation, the website will be entitled to cancel the order and refund the customer the payments made – without any further claim.
