Delivery and Shipping Policy

This document regulates the terms of delivery for orders placed on the "Hinashuf" website below: ("the Website")
Delivery method
• The site will ensure delivery of an order placed on the site to the address entered at the time of purchase and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties at the time of placing the order.
Distribution areas and delivery times in Israel
• Home delivery: up to 5 business days, costing 35 shekels. In most cases, delivery is faster.
• Self-pickup: from the website's store, Menachem Begin 82, Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement and according to the days/hours of operation – free of charge.
• There is no minimum order amount on the site.
Business days
• Business days: Sunday–Thursday.
• Does not include: farm sabbatical days, holiday eves, holidays and Friday-Saturday.
• The day the order is placed is not counted as a business day.
An order placed after 5:00 PM will be considered the next business day.
Prices and shipping costs
The shipping cost may be updated from time to time; the binding price is the one that appears at checkout when placing the order.
Out of stock
• If a purchased item is not available in stock, the site will notify the customer.
• If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, we will ship the remainder of the order without the missing item and credit/refund the difference accordingly.
Delivery coordination and re-delivery attempt
• Delivery will be coordinated in advance with the phone number provided in the order.
• If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned to the sender and reshipped after additional shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Delivery and access conditions
• Delivery will be made subject to reasonable accessibility to the delivery address.
• Delivery will be possible in the presence of an adult over the age of 18 upon presentation of an ID card.
• In an organization/institution/kibbutz/settlement that is not accessible without special permission and/or without an orderly registration of streets and house numbers – delivery will be made to the central distribution point in that location.
Delays and non-delivery – limitation of liability
• Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the site
• Delays resulting from courier companies and/or Israel Post
• Seasonal loads, holiday periods, especially the months of November–December - Internet holidays
• Closing the economy and/or harming the activities of the site/its suppliers/service providers for any reason
Security guidelines
• Due to the security situation, there may be changes in delivery dates and/or delivery capacity in conflict areas, in accordance with Home Front Command guidelines.
• If the delivery company is unable to make the delivery due to the security situation, the site will be entitled to cancel the order and refund the customer the payments he made – and without any further claim.
